Don't bother trying to do a night drop in their drop box.  You can't get the thing open without spending 10 minutes fiddling with it.  We've told the branch manager, and even had him come out to show us how we should just play with it a bit to get it to open...  The new keys they give you don't work any better.

It's a bank people, lines are normal. I observed interactions between tellers and customers while waiting and the tellers were very polite to everyone. I really didn't have to wait very long.

Bank of America is not interested in doing business with average Joes. Employees have no idea about the products they sell. Horrible!
