I waited on a long line for over 30 minutes to see a teller. When I asked the manager how can they only have two tellers working her answer was: "it's usually only one teller" "you are coming on the first, expect to have a long line on the first". So, the reason why I'm writing this review is to see if this poor manager can get some training on how to talk to the clients and also on how to manage her personal and plan in advance for the first of each month.

I had the worst experience at this bee ridge location, I had a teller by the name Denise insult me. As i was up next in line and brought my purse to the counter Denise looked at me weirdly. When I took 2 $20 dollar bills out my purse she looked suprised and said I thought you were going to take out a bunch of ones. She was assuming that I was some sort of stripper. I feel very disrespected as I am a married women. Just before I walked to the counter she was complaining about customers. This is very unprofessional. Never will I walk into this branch. Word of mouth can be both a bad and good thing!

This is the slowest branch. The only branch opened on Saturday and there is only two tellers and about 40 people in line. Plus three other Bank of America people that stand around doing nothing. Figure it out Bank of America why your customers hate you. You have 8 teller lines use more than two!

Slowest tellers ever! Lunch breaks most people have time to run to the bank, do not go here. They have 1 teller inside. ATMs break often. Use another location!
