BIG NO. I closed all my business accounts. They lost one of my deposit check and I found out after about one week that my account doesn't show the correct balance. I never received letter about any corrections. I called the customer service and they found the check after one week.

By far the worst bank I've ever been to. The drive window is CONSTANTLY closed. The service is always slow, I stood in the merchant line for 49 minutes...BEHIND ONE CUSTOMER. Do not go there unless you have set aside at least an hour and a half of your Time.

Not only the service is sooooo slow but rude with clients, the place looks dirty and ugh, I don't want to come back here never again

Never enough tellers for the magnitude of customers on line. Not to mention the wait that ensues when just 1 customer doesn't understand. On top of the closing hours.....Y 5pm and not 530 or 6pm??!!!

Terrible attending, the lady just left me sit there without knowing was she was going to do while she was on her cellphone, plus huge lines!
I don't recommend to anyone.
