This bank is horrible, even for BOA standards. Now I'll be honest, I hate BOA and have my own horror story about them as an institution. But this review is for this particular branch, and not the blight that is BOA in general. This location is large, but unaccommodating. There is little seating, and even less parking. I think they have a parking attendant who will boot you (never happened to me, but ive seen a few boots on cars). There are 10+ teller windows, but yet never more than 4 open at a given time. The bankers take forever to get to you, even if you have an appointment. Additionally, the floor is gross, and the entire interior is an eyesore.

I've never seen a more ridiculous excuse for a bank in my life! Bank of (insert Latin American country here). The two idiot "greeters", we're so preoccupied with their conversation, they never paid me attention for 1 second. About as professional as a check cashing joint in the hood. RAN across the street to HSBC.

Very disappointed by the inefficiency of taking care of the customers. They have 10 working desks, 1 person working. You have to take a day off just to do talk to someone there.
