Excellent service ! Only thing is I loved when it was open on Sunday , went yesterday on Sunday only to see they are now closed on sundays but this google search still says it's open on Sunday ,

Great location..you can bank then shop..friendliest and most courteous tellers with chase i have ever dealt with..i wish all chase tellers could be like them

Although the staff is quite friendly, they are severely limited by Chase's business practices.   Rather than having a check list of all necessary documents so that I could complete the transaction in one visit, I had to return 3 times in one day because each time there was another missing document.  When I left at the end of the business day, I was then told that everything has been submitted correctly so that I could return the following day to pick up my money; however the next day I was told that it takes 24 hours to process the transaction. It has already been 48 hours and no resolution.  The local staff have done their best and remained courteous but the lack of transparency and efficiency leave me completely frustrated by Chase Bank.
