If there were an option for zero, I would have opted for it. Big place for no ppl. No happy faces at all. Everybody hates there job here.. and they to hire ppl from this century..very disappointed.. and plus who closes @4pm.. um corporate America a works till 5???... parking sucks..get it together BofA...

You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to make a deposit. No one is in a hurry to help. There are plenty of workers but maybe one teller (the tellers are very nice.) I'm contemplating banking elsewhere after being a loyal customer of 15 years.

Downtown drive thru is closed, no where else to go on my lunch break. I don't have time to park and go inside. Going to change banks!
