This bank is the absolute worst bank EVER. I am a business account holder and they leave me sit in the drive thru for 20 min easy every time I make a deposit. The constantly make mistakes with the deposits and then make it very difficult to get in contact with someone to get the issue rectified. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. Please save your sanity and go elsewhere. I don't understand why you even have to give them 1 star to post this they should get -5 stars.

Update: This location is useless. You can't get anything accomplished there. Do not dare disagree with Assistant Manager Rocio Falconi, or she will call the police on you, and pry into your account without your permission.

Very slow if you go threw the drive threw best to just park and go in.

To make a deposit 1 hour only two cashiers sometimes only one change banks immediately. dont waste your time.
