The Bank Manager at this location is very rude and dismissive (Joyce).  I cant list her last name because she is that rude and wouldn't even answer basic questions.  I have filed a complaint with Bank of America.

   I suffered the unfortunate event of having Joyce cash my check. After waiting in line for a ridiculous time while "man bun sporting Matt" openly flirted with a pretty, young customer (the only other teller, and ladies man in his own mind)... i approached Joyce. She huffed, and puffed while she battled her computer, and made NO effort to be polite! Not once did she say "sorry for the wait", or "be with you in a moment", or even "hi" to anyone waiting in line! I gave her the benefit of the doubt by telling myself that she was just a poor small fish.... thats before i found out she is the MANAGER!!! This is not a bank.... this is a circus full of clowns... beware!

The staff at this location is one of the best I've experienced.  I had a few different needs when I moved to the area and they were a huge help.  Really went out of their way for me when I needed them.   My only complaint is that they require a slip to be filled out for deposits.   My last BOA location allowed you to just swipe your card.

Here is what I don't get,when I got my first pay check from my job and went to the bank on veirs mill road and randolph rd they wanted to charge me $7.00 when the check is drawn off them.That don't make no sense,I"m not giving these folks money for some thing that they will not get.
