I used to be a client of Rod(2014-2015). It is a very small firm( only two permanent employees) located in a basement of a house. The owner is very old and tried to make more profits by charging unnecessary fees , like unnecessary forms in tax return services or investment. there are unprofessional and made many mistakes or omits in my tax return forms. besides that, i double that they hired underpaid illegal workers, anyway, I'm not sure but there were always short-term employees who cannot speak english well. And it took almost three weeks to finish my tax return. they also tried to push me to bring my investment to the firm too. After I found out the problems, I decided to take my business elsewhere. the owner called me and said nasty things and threatened me. So the best advice is that DO NOT go to this tiny accounting firm. Not only will they do a very unprofessional job, but also will screw you up.
