Worst bank I have ever been to. Slowest service..lack of staff that actually helps customers. There is about 4 women and one man who do absolutely nothing they just walk around saying hi while there is on person in the drive thru and one person at the counter. They are friendly though....

Please don't waste your time here. Today I went to cash my check and waited in a 25 min line for 2 tellers at one computer. There had to have been 12 people in front of me. 3 people ended up getting out of line. So come my turn the 2nd teller with no name tag finally chose to help me. But then we scoot back over to the 1 computer where the 1st teller has already greeted another customer who was annoyed because she had to get back in line. The two began to gossip about cx attitude. So I butt in and make the comment of you guys should speak with the hiring manager to get you some help. She then proceeded to argue that she has but she still has to deal with cranky customers. I replied all you have to do is smile because they are about to walk away. Your staff here is ridiculous! Always has. Every experience I have had here has been flat out terrible! Has made me want to cancel my acct a few times but didn't want to have to wait 3 days 😂 I could dance circles around these clowns!!! 

Try the one by gb and firewheel area friendly and efficient.

Wouldn't let me deposit cash into my account without my driver's license on me!?! That's the last time I'll use Bank of America. I'd rather put the money in my mattress.

We have been to this branch three times to turn in coins and have them put in our account. They are out of bags every single time! They always say they will order more but are still out every time. We try to call to see if they got the bags in and no one EVER answers the phone. How do you not answer the phone!? My husband has lugged a huge jar of coins up there multiple times. This is ridiculous, waste of time and gas. And the branch they referred us to, we are having the same exact problem with as well. Can you please get things taken care of for your customers? I'm sure we're not the only ones calling either.

Long line but short staff. Very bad customer service. Manager should be fired, they do not care about their job. I dont know why BOA do nothing to change this place. Bad bad bad !!!
