No one at this Center would pick up and answer my phone call.  They were with "customers."  So instead of putting me on hold to listen to some muzak while waiting, their automatic response just hung up on me.  Really?  Is that the way you treat your customers?  You hang up on them?

Clearly "LuvBofa" has had some experience with bounced checks. Maybe that's why he/she is charged $20/month. While I am no fan of BofA's corporate policies, I have stayed with this branch for 30 plus years because the have good products and good people. "Old bank"? Isn't that a good thing?

terrible bank, high fees and a rip off!

$20 a month, fees for this fees for that.

If you bounce a check $35 each check!!!

total RIP off I hate this bank, horrible customer service as well.

Put your money in your mattress, it's safer!
