I like this location. It's close to home and there's always parking. They can be slow at times....however it's the same wait as if you were at a bank.

EXCELLENT & THE BEST EXPERIENCE. ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE & SHOWS THEY REALLY LIKE THEIR JOBS. THIS IS MY PREFERRED FINANCIAL BUSINESS TO GO TO & I LIVE IN THE EAST. EVEN WHEN I AM NOT MOBILE MYSELF, I WILL GET A RIDE JUST TO GO TO THIS BRANCH. THANK YOU

Update: went to a different location was in and out in less than five minutes, rep was courteous, polite, and reminded me why I deal with this company. The trainer should go teach the ones at the Telegraph location how it's done, especially Webster's ass! :-) This is the tackiest California Check Cashing in my opinion. Everyone working there look like they came from a crackhouse, very ghetto, and apparently ignorant to what real customer service is. Went to cash a check, theres always a wait here, they move super slow, a d are always having side conversations. Like there's a type they place here probably on purpose. I got a little Webster looking chick who tried to be sarcastic about clarifying something she said. Whatever, no biggie it wasn't relevant enough for the sarcasm,and theres other places to go to get this done. So my problem started when I ask for my check and I.D back and she still tried to keep the transaction going. Then her manager comes over to encourage it, like lets her rep argue with me while shes standing there. Whatever. Everybody's bad behind bullet proof glass but I'd be mad to making your wages. And working in that environment.

UPDATE: it looks like google fixed the hours on this site. yay! the stars arent an indication of poor customer service or anything. i really just wanted people to know that the store hours that google is listing are incorrect. the correct hours are: Monday through Friday 8am - 9pm saturday 9am - 8pm, sunday 9am - 7pm so that nobody rushes down there to find them closed like i did.
