This place is extremely crowded mostly at the end of the day starting up to 1-2 hrs before closing. The line to tellers is a 45 minute wait some days and even to the ATM machines, which they close outside at night by 8pm for some strange reason, making late night deposits or withdrawals or banking not possible, have long lines and inconveniences. There is no one standing around to see if anyone needs help or assistance, even with their in bank staff. I hate coming here. This is THE worst Bank of America bank I have been to across the country.

This place smells like urine. Super unsanitary and not healthy. Disgusting

Every time l had business here there always was a big line of customers (15+) and only 1 or 2 tellers... I do not go there anymore. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

Sooo crowded(long line)  and only 2 tellers in the bank, I came in

Horrible customer service. Waiting time awful.  They really need to improve their service. Nobody asked if I needed help or had questions. I'm definitely not coming back.
