Bad service... Ms Rachel just let you wait an hour to call another bank for a service that even was bad. No people in the bank... no line...just they let you wait for nothing.. bad bad.... thank you Mitch... for no call back .... I'm going to close all my 5 accounts

Worst customer service ever! Completely disrespectful and rude! They need to fire all the cashiers and put in the teller assisted ATMs. At least they have good customer service.

Very slow they need more tellers if you're in a hurry find one that uses more than one teller

Waited 30 minutes in line because they always have just one teller. Horrible bank. They don't even greet you when you walk in. Would not recommend this bank to anyone
