We nt in to close an account.  The line was outrageously long at the teller.   Once I got to the front of that line, I told them I wanted to close the account, as I was moving out of state.  They told me I had to wait in yet another line, with 6 people ahead of me.  I withdrew the balance at the teller, but couldn't wait in the 2nd outrageously long line, so I left, believing the account was closed.  Then they OVERDRAFTED my account with fees, and expect me to pay another $60+ due to their lack of customer service.  STAY AWAY!

Love my local credit union! They're definitely more friendly with lending than a bank!

Worst experience! Took 6 visits to get a simple auto loan. They lost forms, gave bad information, had long lines. Will never do business with them again. I hate the crooks at big banks but nothing is as bad as this experience.
