I was in today Ashley help me very bad service she was screaming when she explained to me she can't cash the check today at this moment she can explain much better than that with nice altitude and smile , by the way I am having a problem with this branch also always give me hard time . Never use u guys again and I am thinking to the my bank account to different bank Bez of u guys, hoping I mention the right name Bez whatever the name on the receipt I mentioned it very disappointed very bad service

I came to this bank 2 weeks ago to sign up for a wells Fargo credit card. I had an appointment at 1:00 pm I didn't get seen until 2:00pm. The manager kept telling me to hold on patiently. I sat there for an hour. To finally see a banker to get offered a secured credit card where, I have to put $300 down to get a credit card. Totally b.s. I see that they also deleted my review. I would never to do business with this location again.

Bad satisfaction. I  had to wait 30 minutes to speak with a banker.

Never any bankers to sit down with but there are 8 tellers staring at me. Six of us sitting in the waiting area for a while. Manager has told me three times now that they'll be right with me. Don't come here unless you have time in your day to waste sitting waiting around for the slowest service.
