Every time I send my husband to cash a check he always gets the runaround. Last time was because my signature was too short , today because I ordered checks and it's has a different format . 😡 I don't understand why the keep on being so difficult and rude, I'm right next to him and they still don't want to cash it .

I went into the branch to add a service, but they couldn't complete it that day. They said they would contact me the next business day which they did. They got my voicemail and left me a number to call back. I called back and no answer. It just kept ringing. I've tried to contact them back several times and on different days with the number they left me and the number found on Google, and still no answer. Get your phones checked. You can't be that busy that you can't even pick up the phone and say please hold. Just ridiculous, horrible service!!!!

Only Hispanic working there and long line with one teller. Try to avoid going there if you in a rush

Laziest employees on earth. Long lines. Terrible service. Dont come here. Waste of time.

If the lines are going to be this long, please offer  water,coffee, maybe even a chair. Ridiculous only one window open.
