Is this the way you treat the customer who wants to open a new account? Let them wait more than two hours? No restroom. And when I used a restroom from other restaurant nearby and came back this bank. They asked me to queue up again. Is it crazy？Worst service ever.

Worst Wells Fargo ever! They make you wait 30 mins for something that can be done in 30 seconds. I came here by accident, I am glad I live in west LA!

The majority of the employees are well mannered and professional and they have helped me in difficult situations, it may be smaller than other Wells Fargo locations but the service here is the best i have come across when compared to other locations

Service is good but they never return calls and I have to be calling them back all the time because the person who you want to talk to is alway busy.
