Worst customer information service! Came 4times....4times....they need , more training on the documents. 1St they where okay to add someone to your account you just need 2 proofs of identification. Is this all you need yes. Came back got a different person.....this person is asking for proof of citizenship. Went back home.     I was so mad why can't they just have a check list of documents? It's not organized nor professional . Get it together wasting customers gas & time.

Terrible service rude tellers and no leadership. Every time I come here i plan on being here no less than 45 minutes. The bank is ALWAYS crowded but there is never more than 2 tellers. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS UNLESS THIS IS YOUR LAST RESORT. EVEN THEN YOUR BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE.

First time using this brach and i am dissatisfied with the service provided.my wife and I have been a customer of Chase for over 5 years. Today, my wife tried opening a new checkin account under her name only and she was taken for a ride just becuse she was  born in El Salvador. Now, she is in my current acct, she is a legal US resident, she provided her CA ID, SSC # , and Passport. And she was threated disrespectful and discriminated just because of her birthplace of origen. Candelario,  the banker, kept saying that because she was from el salvador, she needs to provide Driver license#, ssc#, pastport, and green card. After speaking with the GM the acct was opened but i still felt unhappy the way we were threated in this brach.

My home bank.  I concur that this bank is poor where the manager is never to be found, long lines are eternal and automated tellers that work poorly.  Where is the world going with this?
