Worst bank ever!  They don't value their customers!! We were there waited for 1 hour just for a simple procedure. When questioned they just say wait only a few more minutes.  Horrible!!!! Never come this branch.  Or I would suggest Wells Fargo opposite.  They have better customer service.  Went there and got my request attended in just 5mins.  Avoid Bank of America at all cost.

Slooow!!!! The lines are ALWAYS LONG ! Expect a 15 minute wait every time!

I have been a B of A customer for 30 years.  I am looking to convert my current LOC to a fixed rate loan.  The loan amount is less than 20% of my home value and all I get are road blocks, no return calls, requests for hundreds of pages of faxed documents, etc.  I am told they must treat me as anyone off the street after 30 years of payment history on three prior mortgages, all paid in full.  There is no point in establishing a banking relationship with B of A, it means nothing to them.
