THE COPS GOT CALLED ON ME 2 days ago I had went into Bank Of America hoping to get some answers as to why I was being billed for a checking account I NEVER RECEIVED. I signed up for checking online however my checking account was cancelled before the card even reached my hand. I arrived at this branch and told the bank teller what the issue was even providing documents. She started catching an attitude because she actually had to do her job her name was Ellie or ellise along the lines of that a pale blue eyed female. She told me to call customer service and they can help me after I explained to her I called that number 4 damn times being put on hold for 30 mimutes at a time. Since I couldn't get a human being on the phone I went into the branch. Now the bank teller tells me to take a seat which I did until a black man came out and asked me what the problem was... I told him it was about a checking account. Can you believe this guy told me that hes a banker and doesn't deal with checking accounts... Dude checking accounts are banking accounts since it all comes from the bank! He then told me to call the same number the bank teller gave me! After I told him im not doing that again I need a real person he walked in the back and got and got a short spanish lady named ARETA who then called the cops on me because I wanted to get helped and needed answers. After I told her I have to close the account today she said NO WERE NOT HELPING YOU! Before the cops showed up I then see the same bank teller helping a MALE with his checking accounts but they couldn't help me?! When the cops arrived she started acting ghetto and told me to SHUT UP... Couldn't believe this is what Bank Of America does. This bank basically signs you up for accounts you can't even use. STAY AWAY THIS BANK IS FRAUDULENT WITH SEXIST EMPLOYEES. They try their best to make younger females feel unwelcome due to insecurity. This branch has no idea I have thousands of dollars waiting to put in BANK OF AMERICA but now CHASE & CAPTITAL ONE I see are the banks to bank with :)

I have been doing business with Bank of America for almost 8 years now, and I have never thought about canceling my account until today. I wanted to get a temporary debit card because of a claim that i filed for a fraudulent transaction on my account. I arrived with my 2 month old son and wife at 4:32pm. This branch OFFICIALLY closes at 5pm on Mondays. As soon as I enter the building at 4:32 I get on the rat maze line with my family and patiently wait. As I arrive at the teller I tell her my story and she reluctantly explains to me that I have to wait on the other "customer service" line. We got on the line and immediately we were told by the worst bank employee, named Gilbert, that we were too late and that we would never be seen. In our shock and amazement we stood there dumbfounded. I then tell him that I walked in before 5pm and I only wanted to get a temp. Debit card. He gets agitated, rude and disrespectful telling me there is no way anyone will ever see me. I then spoke with another employee by the name of Curtis and he said the same thing. Curtis even went so far as to tell a third employee that everyone on the line should be seen but my wife and I should be left there waiting. We waited for another 20 mins refusing to leave, because after all we were there for a 5 min 2 step process. We were finally seen by the only employee that was courteous and Curtis makes a disgusted face and scoffs at the sight of me being helped. Meanwhile Gilbert left 15 mins early and told another employee that he had been working since 8. As if because he had been there sick 8 that gives him the luxury of leaving 15 mins ahead of scheduled bank closing. All in all it was the absolute worse experience I had ever had at a bank of America branch and I hope both Curtis and Gilbert get fired for bad customer service, not wanting to do their jobs and overall rudeness.
