Defected ATM ate my card after business hours (screen got frozen), had to call customer service and wait 40 minutes to cancel it and was told I have to wait 7-10 days for a replacement 
Next morning I went back to the location, where I was told these machines don't lock the cards and I probably forgot it inside the machine (basically called me a liar) but anyway they didn't find any card. Later the manager corrected the employee about how these ATM operate, (they do lock the cards) but my card is gone anyway.
They offered me a temporary replacement but had no time to wait its proceeder they system was very slow in the morning.
No apologies from anyone of the three people I had to deal with.
