I'm not sure if the staff has changed or the other reviews are just there on bad days but I've always had a pleasant experience here. Never had any issues, there is the occasional wait but nothing absurd. The staff is always friendly and able to assist with any issues I've had.

CAN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY WHEN I NEED IT! This is exactly how the banking crisis could be triggered in history. Luckily just this branch, not the whole bank operates this way... 1/19/2017, 12:25 For: Wiring money. No (ZERO) bankers in the office. Multiple customers waiting for banker. Was told to wait 25 minutes for banker to come back. 1/21/2017, 12:25 For: Withdrawing $7K, enough balance in my account. This bank didn't even have enough cash (only $3K available) to fulfill my withdraw. Was told to visit Ashford Dunwoody branch for withdraw. I don't see why this branch needs to open for business if no banker nor enough cash available during the prime hour.

Don't come here if you don't have to. Needed a notary waited for more than 30 min. No one is approaching me to apologize or to explain it may take longer. They told other customers after me that it would only take 15-20 min. False...

Very rude customer service. Came in here to put in my check, but they immediately told us to call instead and pretty much told us off. There was no other customer.

Worst banking experience EVER!!! Everyone stay away from Bank of America! Unintelligent tellers who have no clue what they are doing! Even gave back the wrong amount of money.... teller was probably trying to rip me off $20! Be warned!
