My girlfriend and I took a financial management class taught by Ira Isaacs and Alan Sabo through a local community college. The class was enjoyable and informative and after our personal finical review we both opened accounts with NFSC. They directed me into a mutual fund and Alan advised me to get a life insurance product. After doing my home work I realized that me a single guy making 70k with no depends does not need life insurance and if I did need it buy term. After this insurance issue I started working on getting both of our account transferred to another institution. It was difficult for me to trust someone when they have shown you that they value their interests over yours. In general you should never buy something that someone is selling if you don’t understand it!
