By far one of the worst Bank of America branches around. Be careful what time you arrive because this bank can't handle a line. The ATM is consistently broken forcing customers inside. At 1PM you are likely to be hassled by a poor "relations banker" who is under absurd pressure to make "sales".  Management...Alena Anton is in charge here and her cold, condescending attitude really makes me want to take my money out. She pushes sales and ignores you when you don't want to run and sign up for everything she is pitching. She has made mistakes before according to employees and pushes them endlessly to "hurry up". She is in entirely too much of a hurry to be in banking. Banking takes TIME. Her attitude is terrible and if you have a question she just looks at you blinking her eyes daring you to ask again. The other tellers are nice, but they don't have decent direction in this arena. The bank is really old and overall there are better branches. I was shocked by the customer service here.

Super slow service; they never have enough people to help when there are a few people in line; often managers just stand around & apologize that the line is long, but don't go behind the counter to help. Never coming back...
