The absolute customer service. Lines of people . Was told to wait to the side for a credit card transaction. The other 2 bank of America's where I live the teller would handle to transaction from start to finish . I have now been standing her for 15 while 3 people trying to figure out how to help the customer before me . Horrible. I have been in the customer service field for over 25 years . I have ever seen anything like this .

I was prepared for a huge line as I walked in right before 5pm (on a Monday no less) to cash a check. Your associate Roger approached me and asked me about my visit. He was pleasant, friendly and let me know that I could cash the check easily at the atm outside. Also that I could receive a large portion of said check because it was under a certain amount. I had no idea! I appreciate the time he took to walk me to the atm and for offering to help me through the whole process. I haven't experienced that kind of courtesy from a business in quite some time.

I am a business owner, and I bank with Chase, well Fargo, I love the customers service at well Fargo , they even have coffee for you and bottle water, they even have a teller on the flor ready to help. chase does the same, they also have plenty of staff to help customers, now my business landlord requires that we pay the monthly rent at their account on Bank of America, believe me I dont look foward to this, the lines are always long, they usually have maybe 3 tellers the norm is 2, It is so bad, I wish managment will visit the other banks to learn from it , I dont think is a bad idea, thats how I compare my self, so please bank of america you guys need to improve or you will loose customers, I look it up and you are the 2nd largest bank in the country, I am sure you can afford the extra tellers in pick hours, you appaer to be the dinosours on the industry

I have been banking at this branch for over 5 years and I have to say Danielle is the best. She has the best customer service and always solves any problem we have.
