I wire transferred $2,000.00 from another bank to my Wells Fargo account and the money never arrived in my Wells Fargo account. I called the bank from where the money was sent and they suggested I speak to someone at Wells Fargo. That person turned out to be the Branch Manager, Jorge Fernandez, an unprofessional rude guy. He took it personally and said I was accusing him of holding my money. I was merely trying to track the wire transfer. After 35 years of banking with them, I will be closing my account.

I'm not happy with any Wells Fargo Bank.....closed all my accounts except TCD....That matured and IK requested a Cashier's Checks mailed tol my home. I waited 7-10 business days and no check.. Guess what? They renewed it anyway for another 3 years! as if I never called.

Drive through ATMs out of order semi frequently. Walk up ATMs don't accept deposits sometimes.
