Love the people here. Always friendly and helpful

Standard bank with a drive through ATM for the ultimate in convenience banking. 

I love that Chase offers online banking with the ability to even deposit checks with my smartphone. Having said that, for the times I need to grab cash, deposit cash, deposit large checks or (gasp!) go into the bank to actually talk to a physical person, this is where I head. It's conveniently located, never has lines (in my experience over the years), has free caffeine if that's your thing and gets the job done. Always get great service in a timely manner.

Had a great time when I was at Chase. Being the first bank with quick pay, it helped out a lot with my parents and me when I was an undergrad. Now that I'm back in Graduate School and on my own, I moved on to a different bank.

My family had a checking account here it was a terrible experience. The help was terrible, when we experienced checking fraud they were less than helpful.
