Really long wait to see a bank teller (which I couldn't avoid, as I needed a roll of quarters).

Not the best place to go in town.

Only 800 numbers are listed, which throws you to the lions of voice activated selection tree. All I wanted was the bank's Saturday hours, but couldn't navigate through the phone system. Customer service, clearly, is an afterthought.
