Today I went in to cash and deposit my check, Matt, the one who helped me, seemed that he didn't know what he was doing, I think he lacks common sense and needs to be more focused since I told him if he could cash and deposit my check, he told me "Only $400 will be available today and the rest tomorrow" I said why if whenever I come they always put my whole amount in my account he replied "You need to cash and deposit in order to do that" I swear ,I almost face palmed by face and told him that is exactly what I just told him. Anyways, he asked for my identification (Don't Know Why) and made me insert my debit card twice (Again Don't Know Why). My stepmother had the same complain, She wanted to deposit some money, he asked her for her identification, it was from Washington and he said "Do you have an ID from California? "Do you even have an account with us?" Please either train him properly or explain the obvious

This place is totally under staffed, the worker here is polite and friendly, they try very hard, but, it's always packed full with waiting customers, sometimes the wait is so long...... I'm deeply disappointed that the head quarter not solving this problem. Again, the workers here is not at fault, they work hard and friendly, it's simply not enough crew in this store.

My mother-in-law passed on 23rd of November owing the bank money. After assuring us we would NOT be held responsible, 2 days before Christmas, they cleaned out both our checking & savings accts.

I feel uncomfortable banking inside most times. Reason why is they don't keep your business confidential. Managers have to help confirm your transactions most times, like the bank tellers don't know what there doing...
