Literally the worst clerks in the world here. Do not go to this one. Don’t waste your time

After reading the reviews and during my conversation with manager i did mention about the ATM machine. She told that it has been fixed by REPLACING it, I went to this location based upon my experience from Waukegan. This branch was way different from Waukegan. Waukegan seemed flooded with people and there was no order inside. Everybody was running all over the place. I happened to talk to manager at this branch after VERY UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE from 1-800 service I wish all the branches had people like this one has. Manager herself got me seated and jump on my issue withing minutes. The manager took my issue as a personal one and got involved with it till all was sorted out. I haven't come across such nice service for a while especially in a service sector such as banking, hotels, restaurants etc. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with this branch i would request you to go inside and talk, i promise it will be fixed. Disclaimer:-I do not work at this place and nor any of my relative/friend works here either.
