Always referring to another person and not taking accountability when mistakes have been made. I'm disappointed this is the branch closest to my business.

Called 8 times at none  peak hours (accdg to their website, best time to call).  Nobody is answering the phone.  Machine just says call back. No customer service to speak of.  They could have at least taken a message and return the call.  No option for that

Been a customer for 15 years and at the managers discretion wouldn't do a transfer from one chase act to another? Really ?? Not only do you take MY MONEY and provide ZERO INTEREST, but now you don't TRUST ME??! BYE CHASE ! Closing acct!

Slowest drive thru..one teller for the whole bank?   Really?  Been waiting for 10 
minutes.  Then she gets it wrong on how I want my money back..so additional wait time.

I walked into Chase after firing National City for their total incompetence and lack of professional tact exactly a year ago and it has been the best decision I've made in a long time.
