I just closed on my first home. Jim, Christa, Laura, Randy, his entire team is fantastic. I was extremely nervous going into this process and they never let me down. Not only did they help me through every step of the process but I was able to close 10 days early and they even gave me helpful tips on how to make home ownership as easy and affordable as possible. I would highly recommend Jim and Bay Equity!

Jim helped me with my first home purchase in 2010, and after selling our old house last year, and some initial scouting around, I knew Jim was the one to go to. Our process began at the beginning of 2015 when we were planning to sell our home. After a few quick discussions with Jim, we were given some rough budgetary numbers for what to expect with a new future home. This transformed into our final new home mortgage with him. The work that Jim and his team did up front in the process helped make our closing day a breeze. Yes, we had to provide piles of bank statements, W2's, and just about our entire lives on a platter to them, but that's just part of the mortgage game. As our closing date approached, we would receive weekly status updates from Jim and his team. These updates would have any items that were needing finishing, whether that was for us, or from our home builder. When the final closing day rolled in, Jim was on the phone with me verifying every last thing, and was there for our closing, which happened in what seemed like record time. Every I was dotted, and T Crossed with every bit of paperwork. Not a single issue along the way. 45 minutes after walking into the closing office, we were walking out as home owners. All this to say, I can't say enough good about Jim and his team. The only thing left to say is that if you are in the market for mortgage, and want your closing to be hassle free......you'd be doing yourself a disservice to not talk to Jim. -Andrew

Working with Jim has been a pleasure. He is always available to answer questions. Jim will qualify quickly and stay with you through the entire loan process. I highly recommend Jim for all your mortgage needs.

Jim makes the lending experience easy to understand. He truly is a partner during the loan experience. I have never met a person so dedicated to helping people get thru the home buying experience. I would highly recommend Jim and his team!
