I bank here all the time. The new teller machines are great except that they never have cash on Friday's when you need to cash your check. They reduced the amount of real tellers for the machine tellers but most of the time the new tellers don't even work. What a joke. The manager is also no help she just walks around and giggles at customers waiting in line. BofA you need to get it together.

I come to this bank all the time and haven't had issues. The new ATM machines are great and can do so many things and you can talk to a teller there also. The people commenting that the workers are fat and lazy is disrespectful. If you feel that way then you should apply for the job then they would have more people there to work faster.

It's 9:00am and they are still not open and I see one Arabian girl just running around the building like gosh the emoyees must be Hispanic because black people get fired for being this late

New bank teller machine allows quicker service with later hours very helpful in taking care of bank business. I also find the office personnel to be very informative when I needed help. However I do think the cutting down of person face to face teller is a wrong decision not everyone is machine teller ready

Went in to open checking account walked out closing the checking account customer service is a joke to much stereo types by employees uncomfortable environment to bank with
