No drive thru.Location is inside stater bros. 3-5 emoyees. Needless to say if uou want to make a quick withdrawal or deposit this is not the place.

Chase is the worst bank branch EVER!!! And this adelanto location don't help it at ALL!! Ridiculous!! Time to switch banks asap!

I am a customer of chase for more than 10+ years and this chase does not know what they are doing. There was only 5 customer in front of me and it took 30 minutes to make my deposit. After i left the Line was out the door. Teller was not friendly, took their sweet time, and management could've done something better to improve the wait ie. open another window. Honestly waiting 30 minute to make a deposit justify this one star along with poor customer service

As for now this is the best chase out in the high desert other branches are garbage.
