Worst Bank Ever. If you go inside for anything be prepared to wait for over an hour since the reps(not the tellers) seem to grab whom ever they feel like rather than the order in which they areived. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Very unhappy with the customer service teller i forgot to get her name.
i went top cash my payroll check which was issued by PAYCHEX a service provided from BOA and the teller told me because of the amount I couldn't cash it. I've never heard of anyone not being allowed to cash a check from a bank that has their name printed on it. She told me if I wanted to cash it I would have to open an account with them. I'm very satisfied with WELLS FARGO  i just needed the cash to pay a bill today. So i deposited the check into my personal account. But unfortunately I have to wait until the check clears sat and pay a late fee Monday. Thanks BOA for not being a help !
