I do not know what position Magdalena holds, but a question for you - Are you a clown?! Came in needing a notary stamp. This worker statement was the following - we cannot do it. We asked why. We can but not today. Why? Today but not right now because notary lady has an appointment or better go to another branch. Once again are you a clown in the branch?!

I love boa... but this location should just close. Always a long wait with only one teller working.

Just made my third trip into that branch today.  Noontime wait at teller was too long, there were three (3) tellers, and the same three people were being served 20 mins after I got in line.  I figured it's "rush hour" (lunchtime) so I came back @ 2:00PM.  Even WORSE!  Now only one (1) teller and the line was around the corner of the gates, heading back toward the door!  I don't have the luxury of a half hour in a teller line.  I work too!!  Came back again @ 4:15, but you guessed it, "closed".  All I'm doing is trying to close my account and get my money!  Guess that's one strategy to avoid it.

Horrible experience.  Spend 20 -25 minutes here waiting in line.  Never any more than two tellers.  I do not recommend!.
