My recent visit to this branch was very positive. I was completely ready to close my account, and instead walked out with an extra one. Thank you to Justin for helping me turn my concerns into a positive result. I now have a savings account set up and overdraft protection.  Thank you for taking the time to solve my dilemma!

Very suspect location. Need to open an account to cash a Check? And have no reason to decline cashing it. Avoid this fraud location.

Bad experience. Stayed more then 30 min in a long line to finally see a bank teller. Also she had never given me an eye contact and almost just threw cashes to me so that I felt rude. I know that not all BofA do like this but this branch in Laguna Hills, CA was worst ever.

teller and 2-3 bankers really? The 1 teller did an excellent job though

Waited over 30 minutes in line for a teller. Then another employee started from the back of the line helping people with no regard for those who waited patiently in line. Then I was told I needed to open an account so I could change a check in my name. No sorry we can't help, no sorry for your wait, nothing. Rude customer service, long lines, 4 employees discussing the weather & only one actually working the window.
