Alison and Jessica are AMAZING!!!! Ana rocks too!!!  But 1 bank teller, no merchant line, and 1 bank teller on a Friday.. yes Friday!!!  I would think a bank would know this is PAYDAY!!! Maybe anticipate your customer's needs and staff yourself better?  Line is 15 people deep and nobody is happy.. Nobody.

So rude! I closed my bank account cause of them being so rude. They need to work on be nice. I so not recommend this bank for anything.

They wanted to charge $8.00 to cash a check without a BOA account.

Once again everyone is getting paid after the holiday and they know it will be busy. Only two tellers again. 15 people in line. Bank of america is garbage. Please ask me if i want an account and i will point you to my review.
