Very poor service not very accommodating and untrustworthy.I was recently in the bank to make a time sensitive wire transfer. It was guaranteed by the associate that it would be transferred that morning as I was there at opening allowing plenty of time for the transaction. Been with BofA for 27 years.  Decided to try a new bank with my new business.  What a mistake.  Matthew Tran didn't live up to his promises.  If you have the choice, go with BofA.
