I have been a Bank of America customer from 2008 started my account in Texas. This location in California for Bank of America is by far the worst. There is never more than 2 tellers at this location. Rest of the Bank staff who are supposed to help customers always sit on their Ass and never help tellers when there is a huge line of people. They sit there and look pretty. One word "Horrible" is what defines there service. I am closing my account today after being a customer for 9 years, and moving my business to Citibank for the same

There is always just one teller and 11 people waiting, plus three more employees in the back doing nothing.

BAD EXPERIENCE. I'm at this bank right now and only two cashiers are operating. The line is long and I have been here waiting for 30 minutes already. This is my first time at this bank. They need to hire more people

Pray that you never need to go inside, because you'll most likely be in for quite a wait if you want to speak with an actual person. On the plus side, the bankers themselves have been very professional and friendly from my experience. I would recommend trying to find a solution on their website since BofA has been computerizing things for years now.
