Employees are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolute bare minimum customer service here. The lines are always ridiculously long. The clerks almost seemed annoyed that you're banking with them. I'm baffled how a place like this remains in business.

Longest wait time ever and they dont have the staff to handle the amount of customers that come in. The bank has choosen not to provide decent customer service. No merchant services either. Out of 9 windows they only had two open with a line of 15 people waiting.

Reprehensible customer service. Extremely long wait times. After a long, sordid history of hidden fees and bad service, I closed my accounts when they refused to deposit my cash because of a little tear in the corner of one of my bills. I walked out, and never came back.

If I could give it a lower rating I would..this has to be the most worthless and useless bank out there. ..an edd bank card drawn off boa and they won't let you have your cash in full unless you have an account with them. . Why would I want an account with a rip off bank like that.. Beware of the practices they use to try to suck you into getting with them Very unethical!!!!
