I had a terrible experience not just because it was my second time coming i just walked out out of the bank not just seeing a Cashier tell of a elder man to use the ATM instead of being in line and literally told him off in front of everyone and the manager being there just saw n sat down with out caring pissed me off he said well if i wanted to do that i would had done it in the first place and he looked away i could see him feeling upset and embarrassed and said well your getting paid for it to and she rapidly reaponded well yes i get paid but i also get paid to show you for you to use it and not wait in line they forget that some people can't read or use technology and is not ignorance is just everyone does things separatly and were thought differently and no one knows how hard there life was, just felt bad seeing him go out with his down ashamed!!! Then it happened that i myself got her as well and she was rude i was shocked she was hired let's not forget the manager allowed it so it's not shocking to see her there as well, so i approached and said hello i just came to deposit my check she said Don't you have a bank of America app ? I answered "yes i do" she then says then why don't you deposit it through there i answered i like to handle my things in person she said well it's better u can use your money half of it today! I answered you know im not rushing to waist my money today nor tomorrow but thanks have a nice day!!!! So pissed off i walked out just shocking how workers can be!!!! I know i type to fast so excuse me for any errors i never do comments or write and put them out there but damn that was terrible in my opinion !!!!

Omg!! Worst customer service ever!!!! I go to this bank twice or times a month and there's always a long line , they do not have no one greeting you they only have a little Mexican woman up on front and she does not even acknowledge customers when they come in ... And if you ask for a print out statement they will charge you for it and it will be mailed in a few days!!! Meaning you don't get it at time of asking for it , I regret big time changing to Bank of America , CHASE has way better customer service , with great professional people , so if you go to this Bank of America expect to spend the whole day there😳👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Won't give u change if u dont have an account ...but really if u not Mexican never heard of a bank not giving change
