Went in just to exchange currency from my daughters piggy bank, everything I was going to exchange was rolled up. And the girl did not exchange it because I didn't know the estimated amount of how much it was. Honestly that is total bs you are a bank, if someone wants to exchange currency you should be able to do that weather they bank with you or not. This is one of the reasons I prefer to drive across town to go to my bank then to cross 2 streets and come here.
