Why in the world would a bank close at 4pm? This has to be the worst bank i know. So glad the only reason I stop here is for cashing checks from grandma otherwise I love using my Credit Union.

You are better off waiting for a train at a bus stop than getting assistance from this branch. Do yourself a favor and take the time and enjoy the drive to another branch. Had intended on opening a new business account but before I could bring that up I was told it would be easier to deposit my checks outside at the ATM in beautiful 20 degree weather.

This is the very worst bank ever I see . I don't find word to describe the people who work in this bank I closed my account after one month Discriminate against customer. Don't have no customer service

Most ignorant and rude bank tellers i have ever seen. The worst out of all the bank i been to. Go other branches of BOA. Save yourself from ruining your mood for rest of the day.
