I have four accounts with this bank including business accounts. I went to this branch to cash a check and teller tells me that they dont have cash on hand and they have closed the vault!!!! This is during normal business hours!!. When i asked her about my options, she asks me to come back next day at 9 am when bank opens. This branch opens at 8:30!! Told her that  I cant come to the bank tomorrow due to my business hours. She tells me that I should have called ahead of time to withdraw the money!!!  Poor customer service and zero willingness to go above and beyond.  Harsh fees and service charges. Dont fall into the trap that they are open 7 days means they will provide the same excellent customer service during all those days!!! Time to consider other banks for personal and business needs.

Do not have an account with them yet, but based on their service & being opened on Sundays, i might. Needed a large quantity of change for my work & they were able to hook it up! Didn't matter on the quantity of what, they were able to help me out!💵💰💲💸
