I have been banking here for years and haven't had too much of an issue in the past. In the past couple of months I've been making frequent cash deposits at the drive up window. Several times the money deposited was significantly less then I believed I had actually deposited. After the fifth or so time of this happening I stopped thinking it was me miscounting my money and started thinking the teller was either incompetent or a thief. Yesterday I specifically counted several times and had others check my total to make sure the error wasn't me miscounting. She gave me back a receipt showing me I was missing $59. I went in and they discovered she did make an "error" and returned my money after a bit of insistence. This is theft. I want to know where all of my money has gone every time I deposit. I am extremely disappointed in this bank and fully understand I will never get the money back that was "miscounted". As an update I yet again deposited cash through the drive through and it was again "miscounted". This time I video recorded counting the money and pulling up to give them the money. When I was given the total I had told them that wasn't the amount that I had deposited and that I was going to the police department to press charges for theft. When they gave me my card and receipt back it showed the exact amount that I had deposited but not the amount they originally claimed I deposited showing that they knew the amount of cash and yet chose to try to deceive me to steal. Yet again nothing was done and the branch manager has yet to return any of my phone calls.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 11 years in over four different states. First time being mistreated by a branch. How unprofessional it is that a teller walks away from the window when you drive up without telling you that someone will be right with you OR even one moment I will be right with you. The drive-thru is to be of convenience to the customers. I waited in the drive-thru after already sending my deposit slip through the shoot for almost 2 minutes. Unacceptable! No professionalism at this branch at all.

Tellers always say they don't have money.
They say no money even before i complete sentence.
