I have complex business banking needs which requires me to work with the teller which is always very helpful and easy. the only time I have to wait longer is when regular customers are doing Simple transactions that can be done at the ATM.. I encourage anyone that can use the mobile banking app or the ATM to do so to make the overall experience better for everyone!

First the staff is great always helpful always friendly! With that being said it's no shock that everyone spends 30 min at the back doing a simple deposit or withdrawal it's clear that BoA has been cuttings hours because at anytime of the day their locations are slammed! I would never bank with these people personally, my job does tho and I'm obligated to visit once a week.

Worst custumor service ever. Customers are lined up and there's no regard in support.  There's only 1 customer service rep that's helping in the front and the other isn't even interacting with any of us. Worst BOA ever!

Hours online says they are open until 6 however I get there and they are closed, the staff is so rude about it when you bring it to their attention. Very unprofessional and such an inconvenience, but of course they could care less. Useless!!
