I went a while back to this branch regarding some concerns I had with my account. Lilibeth Figuereo was so wonderful in assisting me with all my questions and concerns. She made me feel better once I left. She has amazing customer service!

I love Camille the branch manager a lot but all of the bank tellers need to learn more polite customer service. Not once did I ever come upon a teller at this particular location that even cracked a smile. the attitude is very upsetting.

Terrible experience. I came into this branch for a simple transaction. I preferred to utilize the teller since I had more than 30 bills for my transaction. I was immediately told to go to the ATM to complete my transaction, which required two deposit transactions instead of just one with the teller.

They do not answer phones at branches. Terrible customer service at a local level.
