The best part of my experience was knowing that my arbitrator Lily, was on my side fighting for me. That I wasn't just a paycheck. I felt confident knowing she was working on my debts, getting the lowest settlement percentages possible. I recently let them help me with my credit card bill which was a big relief, so I decided to go back and let them straight out my student loan debt which was threatening to take my tax return this year..  Extremely grateful for their kind service..  Lilly was the best helped me out from the beginning to the end..  Definitely recommending them..

I had a great experience when enrolling in Madison Monroe & Associates. Lily, my arbitrator was more than helping me in this process of debt relief. Lily has great customer service skills and was polite and very patient with me throughout this entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely recommend Madison Monroe & Associates.

I had contacted Mr. Sheldon Crawford from Madison Monroe & Associates to get help with my Credit card Consolidation and he was amazingly helpful and made me feel very comfortable.  I was more  then satisfied with the service I was provided and the attentiveness by Mr. Crawford.  After everything was done my credit was back to where it needed it to be.  I was very happy that he was able to clean up my credit.

I am not afraid to say i had bad credit. I did. It was really bad. Then i was introduced to Madison and Monroe and my life literally changed. I spoke with a rep there name Sheldon who enrolled me in their credit restoration program. Madison and Monroe was about to remove SO MANY negative accounts from off my credit. I would definitely recommend anyone to them.
